From Vacancy to Vibrancy: The Future of Mall Redevelopment on Long Island

Moderated by our founder, Joe Campolo, the panel featured Scott Burman of Burman Real Estate, Frank Vero Jr. of Aurora Contractors, and Anthony Kim, P.E. of H2M architects + engineers. Together, they discussed innovative redevelopment efforts across the region, including The Shops at Broadway in Hicksville, the Stony Brook Medicine Advanced Specialty Care Facility in Lake Grove, and Belmont Park Village in Elmont.

The conversation emphasized the complexity of large-scale redevelopment, the power of cross-sector collaboration in creating sustainable community spaces, and the need for local communities and businesses to support these vital projects.

Strata Alliance is proud to be on the forefront of driving capital and other necessary resources into the projects that create sustainable growth across Long Island.
