HIA-LI Gold Event: The Future of Higher Education on Long Island

Strata Alliance was proud to sponsor HIA-LI’s Gold Event at Stony Brook University’s Staller Center for the Arts, bringing together Long Island’s higher education leaders for a timely discussion on the opportunities and challenges shaping our region’s future.

Moderated by Joe Campolo, the panel featured Andrea Goldsmith, PhD, President of Stony Brook University; Jerry Balantine, DO, FACEP, President and CEO of NYIT; and Robert S. Prezant, PhD, President of Farmingdale State College. The conversation focused on workforce development and the importance of partnerships between higher education institutions and local businesses.

A strong partnership between education and business is essential to developing the talent Long Island needs to remain competitive, drive economic growth, and create opportunities for the next generation.
